In relation to your personal data that Amyclae.it will come into possession of, we provide you with the following information:

The processing will concern common personal data and / or falling within the category of “sensitive” data, that is, data suitable for disclosing: tastes, preferences, habits of life or consumption, marital or family status, national origin, degree of education or of culture, previous professional experiences

1.The treatment that will be carried out has the following purposes:
a) collection and storage of personal data by Amyclae.it, for the purpose of communicating cultural, recreational and solidarity activities to users;
b) processing by Amyclae.it of personal data, according to the methods and within the limits indicated in the information, to define the profile of the interested party, and analyze habits and choices of cultural, recreational and solidarity activities;
c) use of the profiles developed by Amyclae.it for marketing and promotional purposes related to cultural, recreational and solidarity activities;

2.The treatment is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
The operations can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools.
The treatment is carried out by the owner and / or by the persons in charge of the treatment.

3.The provision of data is mandatory to fulfill the activities and purposes envisaged and any refusal to provide such data could result in the failure or partial execution of the activity referred to in point 1

4.Personal data may be disclosed to the persons in charge of the treatment of Amyclae.it and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1 to suppliers of electronic communication and digital printing services of the same.

7. At any time you can exercise your rights towards the data controller, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which for your convenience we reproduce in full:

RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) e b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right .

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
